This will be a full week of Physics packed sessions with speakers and interactive forums.

During the conference will be showcasing the fundamental role that physics and physicist have in shaping our digital future. We hope to spur interest and to enable cross pollination between the different subject areas within Physics but across the board as well. And we will yet again highlight the value of collaboration between industry and academia.

Fraser Burton, who is the founding father of the Tommy Flowers Network is back in his new role as a senior manager in Network Physics to welcome you and to set the scene for each day. Our wonderful compère Mike Williams will lead then you through the daily program.

Competition!
Postgraduate Lightning Talks:
We’d like to showcase your work and celebrate your successes with a series of 7 Lightning Talks.
 
The talks do not have to be Physics related but should have a strong ICT context. Each talk is not more than 5 minutes long, and we are planning for two session with a Q&A panel at the end of each of those.
 
The presentations will be recorded, and we will ask you to provide a short bio, synopsis, and mugshot for publication on our blog, together with the recording. We will post the blog link on LinkedIn and Twitter as well. You will be provided with the link so you can share your profile.
 
The deadlines for the submission process are:
4th September: End of submission
11th September: You will be notified if your submission was successful
18th September: We would like your mugshot, short bio and synopsis of the presentation for publication on our blog.
